RETURNS
- Sorry items will not be refunded if you simply change your mind, please choose items carefully. We do not accept returns on Sale items. We do not accept returns on bodysuits & hosiery for hygiene reasons.
All items are checked for high quality and should arrive to you in mint condition. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing. We will not accept any goods returned due to normal wash and wear, please follow care instructions provided.
If you feel the item you have purchased is faulty, let us know immediately and within 3 days of receiving it. Please email us before you send it back. We will not accept items returned without prior communication. If the item arrives faulty or damaged, we will offer an exchange if the item is in stock and we will cover the return postage cost. In any case that the item is not in stock, we will issue a Credit Note. No loss or damage during postage returns.
